This study aims to reveal students' perceptions of the development of educational infrastructure and the integration of computational thinking (CT) in learning in higher education. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were obtained from 73 students through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire covering 15 indicators. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to assess the trend of respondents' responses to infrastructure, the role of stakeholders, and the application of CT in the curriculum. The results showed that students have a positive perception of the importance of CT in improving critical thinking and problem solving skills, and supporting the effectiveness of the learning framework. However, the perception of the actual condition of educational infrastructure in Indonesia is still in the neutral to inadequate category. Students also rated the importance of the role of teachers, parents, and training equity as supporting factors for the successful integration of CT. In conclusion, there is a high awareness of the relevance of CT in education, but systemic improvements are still needed in terms of infrastructure and strengthening the capacity of educators. These findings provide an important contribution to the formulation of higher education policies that are responsive to the demands of the digital era.
