Analisis Literasi Artifical Intelligence Mahasiswa Pada Perguruan Tinggi

Kurangnya pemahaman mendalam mengenai literasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) di kalangan mahasiswa pendidikan tinggi menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam mempersiapkan generasi yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat literasi AI mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer (JTIK) Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM), mencakup aspek pemahaman konsep dasar, kemampuan penggunaan aplikasi, serta kesadaran terhadap isu etika. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan instrumen kuesioner dan analisis deskriptif sebagai metode utama. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa telah memiliki kemampuan fungsional dalam mengenali dan memanfaatkan aplikasi berbasis AI dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. AI juga dipahami sebagai alat yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pekerjaan, meskipun dimensi kesadaran etis belum sepenuhnya terinternalisasi. Indikasi awal terhadap kewaspadaan etika telah terlihat, namun memerlukan penguatan melalui pendekatan kurikulum yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi literasi AI yang seimbang antara aspek teknis dan etis dalam pendidikan tinggi sebagai respons terhadap tuntutan era digital.
