Abstract

Media pembelajaran berperan sentral dalam membangun pengalaman belajar yang berkualitas dan bermakna bagi siswa di sekolah. Selama ini, penyusunan bahan ajar secara manual menuntut waktu yang panjang, pemahaman yang kuat terhadap kurikulum dan keterampilan tinggi dalam mengemas materi secara kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan, melalui penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam optimalisasi media pembelajaran. Kabupaten Bone menghadapi tantangan rendahnya kompetensi digital guru, dengan hanya 40% familiar dengan teknologi modern, yang berdampak pada efektivitas pengajaran dan motivasi siswa. Program ini menargetkan guru di Kecamatan Watampone, mengintegrasikan AI untuk desain konten interaktif, personalisasi pembelajaran, dan analisis data siswa secara real-time.Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahapan partisipatif: sosialisasi pemahaman dasar AI, pelatihan praktik tools seperti ChatGPT dan platform analitik, penerapan teknologi pada perangkat guru, pendampingan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan melalui Training of Trainers (ToT). Implementasi AI memungkinkan monitoring pembelajaran adaptif, notifikasi otomatis, dan produksi konten digital. Hasil survey pasca pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep AI dan penerapannya dalam pembelajaran. Sebanyak 60.5% responden menyatakan berada pada tingkat sangat paham dan 37.2% pada tingkat paham terhadap pengertian serta prinsip dasar kecerdasan artifisial, sementara hanya 2.3% yang menilai dirinya berada pada tingkat cukup paham. Demikian pula, terkait pemahaman tentang bagaimana AI dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, 53.5% responden menyatakan sangat paham dan 44.2% paham, sedangkan 2.3% berada pada kategoru cukup paham. Temuan survey memperlihatkan bahwa pelatihan tidak hanya membantu guru memahami konsep dasar AI, tetapi juga mendorong mereka melihat potensi nyata teknologi ini dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar.
