ABSTRACT
Vocabulary enhancement in early childhood is a crucial aspect of language and cognitive development. One effective way to develop this skill is through the utilization of technology, particularly Augmented Reality (AR). This article aims to report on a training program for kindergarten teachers in Rappocini District, Makassar City, regarding the use of AR-based learning media to enhance early childhood vocabulary acquisition. The training was conducted over two days with 30 participants, consisting of early childhood educators from the district. The methodology employed a workshop approach, including both theoretical and practical sessions. Evaluation was carried out by measuring the teachers' ability to use AR for vocabulary learning. The training results indicated that the use of AR enhanced teachers' understanding of how to use technology in teaching vocabulary interactively and engagingly.
