Abstract

Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) telah mengadopsi sistem pembelajaran daring melalui platform Learning Management System (LMS) SYAM OK sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di era digital. Namun, sejauh ini, belum terdapat evaluasi menyeluruh terkait penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap e learning menggunakan Extended Technology Acceptance Model (EXT TAM) dengan mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal seperti pengalaman teknologi, kecemasan terhadap teknologi, kenyamanan, dan faktor sosial. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei daring yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa UNM. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert 1 5, dengan penyusunan item berdasarkan literatur terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian dari 44 responden menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan kegunaan e learning dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh faktor eksternal tersebut. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya strategi implementasi yang mempertimbangkan karakteristik pengguna untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan sistem e learning yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan mahasiswa, serta sebagai referensi dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam merancang sistem pembelajaran digital yang inklusif dan efisien.
