Implementasi E-learning pada Mahasiswa UNM dengan Menggunakan Model UTAUT

E-learning telah menjadi strategi penting dalam menyediakan akses yang luas dan mudah terhadap pendidikan berkualitas. Di Indonesia, konsep ini banyak diterapkan di perguruan tinggi, termasuk Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM), sebagai sarana pendukung kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan mereka dalam menggunakan e-learning dengan mengadopsi model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Model UTAUT dipilih karena memiliki struktur teoritis yang kuat dalam menjelaskan penerimaan teknologi dan relevan untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi sistem pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei terhadap 32 mahasiswa aktif UNM yang telah menggunakan platform e-learning kampus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap efektivitas e-learning, kemudahan penggunaan, dukungan institusi, dan pengaruh sosial, yang seluruhnya sesuai dengan empat konstruk utama UTAUT: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Temuan ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa e-learning telah diadopsi dengan baik dan dapat menjadi dasar penguatan kebijakan transformasi pembelajaran digital di perguruan tinggi.
