Abstract

Behavior refers to all actions or activities carried out by an individual, whether consciously or unconsciously. It includes how a person interacts with others and responds to their environment. Behavior begins to form at an early age and is strongly influenced by the family environment. This study uses a library research method, collecting data from books, academic journals, and relevant publications, then analyzing and describing the findings based on expert perspectives. The results show that the family's role is vital in shaping student behavior. If the family environment is harmonious and parents consistently demonstrate positive behavior, children are more likely to imitate and develop similar traits. Conversely, exposure to negative behavior at home can lead to the formation of poor character in children. Parents should set a good example and give full attention to their children's development. In conclusion, the family environment plays a crucial role in shaping a child’s behavior, especially at the elementary school level. Positive behavior formed early on becomes a strong foundation for the child’s personality and future growth
